Service and Repair

If your Scitsu tacho is damaged, worn or simply not working, just send it to us at the address below.

We will inspect your tacho and get back to you with our recommendation. Please note especially with the older tachos it may be uneconomical to repair them and in some cases it may not be possible to repair them depending on availability of parts. 

Please note, we are unable to repair tachos where the glass is smashed through, due to the debris going into the meter. 

PLEASE ALLOW AROUND 4 WEEKS REPAIR TURNAROUNDS.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU POST PARCELS TO US USING ROYAL MAIL, AS OTHER COURIERS SUCH AS EVRI, PARCELFORCE, UPS AND FEDEX DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES, AND THIS CAUSES DELAYS AND ISSUES RECIEVING THE PARCEL.

Please remember to include your details and any useful information on your tacho.

If you are shipping to the UK from overseas, please contact us before sending it to us.  Please put zero value on the customs value. Otherwise duty and tax are payable by us on receipt. This will need to be added to your bill.
Putting zero value on a faulty part is entirely correct for customs. It will not affect your postage protection value.
